As the VP of HR, I oversee staff recruiting, onboarding, training and benefits, among other HR functions for the full Padilla family of brands. I'm passionate about building programs and support so our team members can show up as their best selves and enjoy their time at work. I'm also a key member of our Diversity + Inclusion Council, an area I'm very invested in.
