As we continue pushing the boundaries of what PR looks like and can achieve, we’re proud to earn our spot on the PRNews third annual Agency Elite Top 100 and be recognized as one of the industry’s most innovative and agile PR agencies.

The list spotlights the nation’s most innovative PR and communications firms of the year, analyzing their efforts across everything from new products, services and expertise offered over the last year to cultural and corporate initiatives as well as future plans.

At SHIFT, over the past 12 months our teams worked relentlessly to deliver diverse, creative and impactful work for clients including Checkr, Citrix, Dr. Treat, Crypto.com, HUT 8, Lever, Mass General Hospital, McDonald’s, Virgin Pulse and Wonolo. We strengthened our offerings to better serve clients’ total communications needs with the formal launch of our Blockchain & Cryptocurrency practice and by joining up with the Padilla family of agencies, which gave us more muscle in areas like creative, paid, digital, analytics and branding. We also focused on our people, with DE&I trainings and hiring progress, an upgraded set of employee benefits and wellness initiatives.

“This year’s Agency Elite Top 100 re-emphasizes the fact that innovative ideas and successful campaigns come from a wide range of organizations, large and small,” says Erika Bradbury, editorial director, PRNEWS. “In addition to their campaign work, the agencies on this year’s list stood out for their internal initiatives, community relationships and other business pivots they took in response to the changing world.”

At SHIFT, we see no bounds for what’s possible with communications, and we couldn’t be more proud of the team for this recognition.
